Movement-Based: Emphasizes natural, multi-joint movements like squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and carrying.
Strength & Stability: Builds overall strength while improving balance, coordination, and core stability.
Practical Application: The goal is to make daily tasks — like bending, lifting groceries, climbing stairs, or playing sports — easier and safer.
Variety of Equipment: Often uses kettlebells, medicine balls, resistance bands, stability balls, TRX, and bodyweight exercises rather than just traditional machines.
Injury Prevention: By mimicking real-life movements and strengthening supporting muscles, it helps reduce risk of injury.
